History of Downtown

The idea for the project was born in 2017, from a simple but important desire — to create a space where companies can grow comfortably, and people enjoy working every day.

The business center opened its doors on November 17, 2017, starting its operation with the first block — Manhattan.
In 2018, we continued the construction and launched the second block — Boston.
The next milestone was the Dubai block, which opened in 2019.
In 2020, the Geneva block was added, expanding the opportunities for our future residents.
And in May 2023, we completed a major stage of development by launching the final block — Tokyo.
